• payments are processed by third-party payment providers

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Chippy available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features, update the Service, or suspend access for maintenance or security reasons. We are not liable for any downtime or loss resulting from such changes.

9. Termination

You may stop using Chippy at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if the Service is discontinued. On termination, your right to use the Service will cease.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
